Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide! Orders are sent from our three global warehouses in USA, Europe and Australia. No matter where you are, we’ll make sure your order arrives safely.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Delivery times vary by location:
USA & Europe: 7–10 days
Canada: 5–10 days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 days depending on the item
Other regions: ~20 days
Original artworks: Up to 30 days
We carefully track every package to make sure it reaches you as quickly as possible!
Q: Do I have to pay customs fees?
A: We happily cover customs costs for Europe, the America, and Australia. For Asian and Eastern countries, customs rules are set locally, so we cannot guarantee duties will be waived — but we’ll do our best to make it smooth.
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Absolutely! Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Simply email us at creewallart@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll send you the full return address and instructions to make the process easy.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers typically cover return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part — in that case, we’ll happily take care of it.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method promptly.
Q: Can I customize my artwork?
A: Yes! Many of our pieces — from prints to merchandise — can be customized, such as hair color, skin tone and book cover. Just reach out, and we’ll make it personal for you.
Q: Are your artworks originals or prints?
A: We offer both! Originals are one-of-a-kind watercolors, while prints and merchandise let you enjoy the magic of our “Book Club” collection in your everyday life.
Q: Do you offer custom commissions?
A: Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life — from personalized illustrations to fully custom designs. Just reach out to discuss your vision.
